QUALIFICATIONS: MSc. Study Hydraulic Engineering- in Land and Water.
Development (IHE Delft, in the Netherlands 1998-1999).
BSc. in Agriculture
Engineering from King Saud University, KSA,1992.
LANGUAGES: Arabic and English very well (Speaking, Reading and Writing).
KEY QUALIFCATIONS:

More than 13 years of experience in water resources management
study, designing and implementing modern irrigation systems, and practical
experience in watershed and water harvesting techniques.
·
Extensive English language course in British Council in Yemen
for one year and also in UK in Cholshester Institute for about three months.
·
Organize, preparation and carrying out training activities,
courses and workshops in the fields for the engineers, extensions and the farmers
in water sector.
·
Consultancy work in water resources management and on farm water
management, also for design and implementing the networks of modern irrigation
systems.

Working with various projects with teams of international
experts in water resources research specialist and agronomy.
·
Familiar with computer systems (windows programme, internet
search).

Participating in local, regional and international conference

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
November2005 to date: A Head of Water Resources Research Department in (RNRRC),
(AREA).
- Assist in developing the annually programme of the
department for all the activities.
- Assist in preparing the annually final technical report
of the department.
- Assist in Preparing the short, middle and long term
strategy for water resources research studies.
- Continuously training all our staff in the department at
the office and at the fields.
- Organizing and training the farmers before, within and
after all our activities to be participating from beginning to the end.
May 2000 to date: Working a Consultancy in the social fund for developing/
Dhamar Branch:

Participating in the annually surveys as a team leader to
determine the priority of the rural community needs by using PRA approach.
·
Evaluation the Environmental effects of water structures
(Reservoirs and Dams).
·
Participating in the training coerces regarding water harvesting
or PRA approach.

Awareness the rural communities for how to improve the rain
water harvesting for drinking or for supplementary irrigation.
